Sandwiches at Schwartz

Yesterday we had the day off from racing. We slept in, went for a recovery ride, and then headed to downtown Montreal for some famous hot meat sandwiches at Schwartz's. The place is tiny, hot, and crowded, with lines constantly out the door. Our waiter was really funny (he is in the background here!). We think he has been working there since the restaurant opened in 1928! Today we race a 107km circuit race, the first of five races in four days. It does not start until 5 pm, which is odd. Actually, I am glad, since I am still on a Mountain time sleep schedule!
