Is this for real? The other day on my ride, I came across a new house in the foothills with palm trees in the yard! These people will be in for a surprise this winter when an inversion sets in and the temps do not get above freezing for a couple of weeks! And this house is well above 3000 feet so it will snow up here while the valley gets rain. Hmmm...I guess it will be a science experiment to see how these palms fare in an Idaho winter!
