
Ok, I know this looks weird. But I look tough, right? This is the only way I can ride outside if it is in the 20's. I swear by the goggles; kid-size, of course! Adult ones would be too much with a helmet. That is my most important tip for dressing for rides in the freezing Idaho winter!

The other option for winter riding is the trainer, of course! I go back and forth between bundling up and suffering outside, and suffering from boredom inside. The first clothing-must is a pair of motivating shorts to look down at while riding! In my case, they are Cheerwine shorts!
