I pass this Ponderosa pine often as I run down our road. I am amazed every time. Look how it is almost uprooted and curves dramatically before it ascends straight up again. This tree yielded when necessary, maneuvered around the obstacle, and now once again soars high. This tree is teaching me an important lesson.
