This is a glimpse of what lies in store for me tomorrow: physiological testing! What a way to start the day: VO2 max and lactate threshold (LT) tests in the lab. I can't help but get a bit nervous. Maybe I will try to get Dean to take a picture of me hooked up to all the equipment. I will have him take it before the test starts: I don't want any pictures of me suffering and slobbering!
