This is my view as I update my blog from DIA. You can see the beautiful, distant Rockies through the smog. The mountains are so far away from the airport! I swear this airport is almost in Kansas. It is as flat as Kansas out here. When I lived on the Front Range, I loved the contrast of the mountains and the plains. I am currently waiting for my flight to Tucson, where I will meet up with my awesome teammate Dotsie. From there, we will head to Silver City, NM for the highly anticipated Tour of the Gila. Wish us luck this week! We will be racing hard Wednesday through Sunday in one of my favorite places in the United States.
